We get this question every day and every dent is different so it is difficult to give a direct answer.  Typically, non-collision dents are good candidates for PDR (paintless dent repair).  So dents that weren't caused while the car was moving will most likely be completely removed.  Dents we can remove are  caused by car doors, shopping carts, something falls off your garage shelf, ladder falls on your car, hail damage, and unexplained minor dents.  There are some dents we can improve but not remove completely also.  These dents are typical when somebody backs into you or a gate closes on your car.  Please give us a call for your specific situation.

     My name is Mike Harkness and I am the owner of Dent Biz.  I started removing small dents in cars in October of 1992 when a friend stumbled into the business and then trained me.  The paintless dent repair business has completely changed since then.  Back then, everbody was experimenting and trying to perfect his craft.  The tools were limited and some people, myself included, had their tools made at local machine shops.  Customers were completely shocked that dents could be removed without painting and bondo.  Back in 1992, dent repair quality was no where near as good as it is now.  Today, dent repair professionals are more equipt with new and better tools and years of expertise.  At Dent Biz, we care about your dent repair result.  We have already made all the mistakes that most guys have yet to make.  Please give Dent Biz the opportunity to be your dent repair company.
